- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email - Assist customers with inquiries and scheduling -Coordinate service technician's schedules based on customer's needs and routing - Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and order information - Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette in all customer interactions - Utilize GPS and GIS systems to assist with route planning and tracking
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred - Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify trends or areas for improvement - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy
